All UK orders are sent via one of the following methods which you can choose at the checkout.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £3.75 - (2-4 business days after despatch)

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.75 - (1-3 business days after despatch)
We aim to post orders within 1-2 working days, however during busier periods shipping may take longer.
If you would like an update on your order please email TDfragranceco@outlook.com quoting your order number.
In order to return an order, please contact us via email first to arrange this. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return, however, if your product arrives faulty or broken then we will reimburse your postage costs (to a maximum of £3.75) once we've received your parcel. We will require proof of postage.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
Returns will only be accepted up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, however you must inform us of any return within 14 days.
All orders must be returned in the original packaging.
Cancellation requests must be received within 1 day of placing your order. This allows us time to process and dispatch your order. Any requests after this time will not be processed.
