All UK orders are sent via one of the following methods which you can choose at the checkout.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.75 - (1-3 business days after despatch)
We aim to post orders within 1-2 working days, however during busier periods shipping may take longer.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received within 1 day of placing your order. This allows us time to process and dispatch your order. Any requests after this time will not be processed.
Refunds
We hope you love your TD Fragrance order, however if there are any issues with your order we will of course aim to resolve them as soon as possible. Please email TDfragranceco@outlook.com with any refund or returns enquiries. We will require your order number, the nature of your problem and any supporting photos. If in the unlikely event your order is missing any items then we need a photo of the products you received, the invoice and the packaging it arrived in.
As a small business we are unable to offer free returns at this stage. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken then we will reimburse your postage costs (to a maximum of £3.75) once we've received your parcel. We will require proof of postage.
Returns will only be accepted up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, however you must inform us of any return within 14 days.
All orders must be returned in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Sample pots, as these are samples of our larger products.

Wax melts and candles that have been used or partially used.

Wax melts that you don't like the scent of. Scent is subjective so we have launched a sample range so you can try scents before purchasing our larger products.

Subscription boxes. Due to the surprise nature of our subscription box we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

Products where the fees have been donated to a charity or good cause.

If 10 days have passed since your order was despatched (UK only) and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
